4.2 Other bits update

And so the bits begin...

My new start for 2015 is Resting, from Tilton.

Stitched on 28 count evenweave, 2 over 1 tent stitch.





This is only worked on maybe once a month, when the SAL weekend hits, so it's not moving along as fast as some of the others, but oh well.

Sometime in Jan I rolled out this fairy adaption.

    I really, really adore the blackworks. Not eveyrbode loves backstitches.. But these patterns are just gorgeous.

  2. Basically i had the varigated thread hanging around ( a friend owns/operates fiberlicious, so we buy from her to help support) and i found the free patterns on a blackwork blog. Nice easy stuff that gets finished in an hour or so, and it's a nice break in between the big stitching projects
